Students with a confirmed and signed accommodation offer, will be able to refer-a-friend for a £100 incentive off their rent, in addition to any other incentive they are benefitting from.

• ‘Referrers’ will need to fill out an online form, with details of the Friend they are referring. The form will communicated via email.
• The ‘Referrer’ can only refer Friends who make a booking after 27 October 2025 until the promotional end date. No bookings prior to this date will be considered as eligible to be ‘referred’.
• ‘Referrers’ will receive £100 off their total accommodation cost, once both the ‘Referrer’ and the ‘Friend’ have checked into their rooms.
• The referral offer is only open to Hull University students with a confirmed and signed offer of accommodation for AY2026/27.
• Circular referrals will not be accepted – you cannot refer each other.
• A referral is only deemed complete and a referral incentive due once the ‘Friend’ has applied for a room at Hull University, accepted an offer for accommodation, checked into their room, and once the Referrer has completed the specified referral form.
• No alternative payment will be offered and the offer is non-transferrable.
• A Referrer can refer an unlimited number of friends (within the promotional period and who meet the criteria)
• Offer available for a limited time only and the promotion can be withdrawn at any point.
